Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1st, 1989) is an American actress. She portrayed Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher in Shameless from 2011 until 2021. Harris Conner Healy was her character on The 10th episode of Roseanne as well as the spin-off, The Conners. Kenney was born on September 14 in 1999, is from New York City. Kevin Kenney (a sports writer previously of the New York Post) and Gillian Kenney (a criminal defence lawyer) is her mother. Emma Kenney's place of birth is similar to her Shameless co-star Emmy Rossum. Kenney (19) was raised in Manhattan and plays Debbie her sassy character on Showtime's Shameless. However, she spent her childhood within the Garden State. Kenney is also famous for her role as Darlene Gilbert's daughter Harris, in The Roseanne revival.
