Spiridakos is a native of Canada. who was born to Greek parents in Winnipeg. Spiridakos' family relocated to Skala close to Sparta as she reached four years old. Spiridakos was able to return to Canada at nine. She strongly identifies with her Greek roots and is fluent in Greek. She was a student at Oak Park High School, Winnipeg. Spiridakos made the move to Vancouver BC in 2007 and began acting. Within a matter of weeks, she landed her very first TV appearance: a small bit in Supernatural.
